Orientations' Area Orientation program is conducted in the host country. The programs have been designed to enable current or prospective employees to evaluate and make an informed decision on an international assignment.
The program begins with an individual "needs analysis", typically conducted prior to the assignee's arrival at the new location. Once on-site, an Orientations Consultant gives a comprehensive city briefing with resource materials and accompanies the assignee on "Out & About" visits covering those areas identified as the highest priority for that family.
While each case is unique, we typically address the following subjects during an Area Orientation Program:
| |
- Accommodation
- Transportation
- Social activities
- Office location
- Spousal employment
|
|
- Child Care
- Medical facilities
- Visa and Immigration
- Education
- Banking
|
|
- Pets
- Clubs
- Shopping
- Furniture
- Domestic Help
|
Being entirely flexible, our programs are tailor-made, so if an Area Orientation trip is not possible, why not contact us for more information on how we can assist you or consider our Things to Know Before You Go program?
Once either program has been completed, Orientations is available for any additional needs and clarifications that may develop prior to the actual relocation.
